Common questions
What if I need more work than the plan covers?
Anything beyond the plan is agreed with you up front and billed at the agreed rate. Every task and the time it took is visible in the client portal, so nothing on the invoice is a surprise.
What happens when the site goes down?
Uptime is monitored automatically. Some outages the system resolves on its own before anyone notices; the rest we handle. Where it comes to it, we roll back to the most recent daily backup.
How often do you back up, and can you actually restore it?
Daily, and off the server the site runs on. The restore procedure is written down step by step and we test it — a backup nobody has ever restored is not a backup.
Can I leave and take the site with me?
Yes. The site and the data are yours. When we part ways you get a complete export and our help moving it. Nothing ties you in beyond the notice period.
